happy birthday to rick kosick!

Though we never had the occasion to use him, Rick Kosick was always ready and waiting and fitted for wardrobe to be a stunt double or stand-in for Jackson Nicoll, a/k/a "Billy", should the need have presented itself. Fortunately, today's call of duty is the perfect time to share this behind-the-scenes moment when Kosick walked out to surprise Jackson at lunch after he'd just been wrapped for filming on the feature. So, there you have it: not only an explanation for the unexplained scene briefly seen in the credits montage of Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa, but a "Happy Birthday, Rick!" to boot.

a big time hollywood welcome to hello junior!

The press has hit the Hollywood fan: Johnny Knoxville formally introduced his all-new production company Hello Junior yesterday, along with the news that he's inked a two-year "first look" deal with Paramount Pictures. Longtime jackass producer and cohort Derek Freda will join him and head up Hello Junior as its president and H.M.F.I.C. A scoop in full can be found here, but if a solid quote or two is what you're looking for then hold your clicking horses and read on...

"I am over the damn moon about continuing an amazing partnership with Paramount Pictures. I have many more films to make and bones to break. I am glad I will be doing it for Paramount." —Johnny Knoxville

Okay, so maybe that was just one quote, but it comes from the main man that matters. In the meantime, congratulations to Knoxville and Derek! Also, don't look but listen for Knoxville as he provides the voice of Leonardo in the upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles flick (out in theaters August 8).
